You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Transaction Policies

• Transactions are processed based on bank and network availability.

• Transactions may fail due to network issues, bank downtime, or incorrect details.

• Successful transactions are non-reversible unless mandated by law.

5. Charges & Taxes

Service charges and convenience fees may apply to each transaction.
Applicable taxes (GST etc.) will also apply.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see below).
Chargebacks due to fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Third-party service failures

Maximum liability will not exceed the amount charged for the service used.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Nagpur, India.
